Ready to learn more about your standing poses?  Join Mindy (Maitri’s Founder) to dive into six fantastic standing poses:

  3. Lunge – Anjaneyasana
  4. Triangle – Trikonasana
  5. Half Moon – Ardha Chandrasana
  6. Extended Side Angle – Parsvakonasana

We will study the energy of the postures along with safety elements, sequencing, adjustments, and postures with similar energy.  You can use this information to improve your home practice or your class lesson plans.
This workshop is for both students of yoga and teachers.  A curious mind and willingness to learn are all you need.
